Tandoori Masala
Packet Ingredients:
Salt, Paprika, Red Chilli, Papaya, Mustard,
Acid (Citric Acid), Cumin, Mango Powder,
Caraway, Carom, Green Cardamom, Ginger,
Garlic, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Muskmelon,
Big Cardamom, Fennel, Barbecue Flavoring,
Anti Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide)

Chicken 1 – 11/2 kg (Without Skin, Divided into 4 pcs)
Lemon Juice / Vinegar 1/2 cup/ 8 tbsp
Yogurt (Whipped) 1 cup
Oil/Ghee /Butter 1/2 cup / 100g
Mehran Tandoori Masala 1 packet – 50g

Apply cuts on each chicken piece.1. Apply cuts on each chicken piece.

In a bowl, add lemon juice, Mehran Tandoori Masala, 2 tbsp of oil/ghee/butter, yogurt and apply evenly on all the chicken pieces. Keep aside and let it marinate for 2 hours.

Put each piece on skewer or grill on low heat of coal/gas fire. Apply oil/ghee/butter on each side and turn the skewer to heat evenly, until meat becomes tender. OR Preheat oven to 180 °C, place the chicken in a tray. Apply oil/ghee/butter on each side. Grill for 40 – 45 minutes, until meat becomes tender.

Remove from heat when it becomes light brown.
Serve with fresh salad and Mehran Chutney, onions, tomatoes and lemon.
Serving for 6 – 8 people.
